Holding, Comforting, Space for You.
Helping People Regulate Their Nervous Systemswith Patience and Devotion
The Holding Project serves adults who are seeking safe, respectful human connection in a calm, professional environment. Many of our clients are navigating life transitions, high stress, grief, trauma history, neurological differences, or simply long periods without nurturing physical contact. We commonly work with widowed individuals, work-focused professionals experiencing burnout, autistic adults, survivors of trauma, and others who value platonic touch within clear, consent-based boundaries.
Separately, we also support expecting and new parents with concerns about managing infant crying.
Our space is intentionally quiet, beautiful, and emotionally steady โ a calm, private environment where the nervous system can begin to settle and the body can soften.
